Policies

SCHEDULING:

By appointment only.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation charge equal to half the treatment schedule. If you book an appointment & no show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment without pre-payment for your services &/or cancellation fee of up to 50% of your missed appointment.
 

LATE ARRIVALS:

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service and check out. We will always try our best to accommodate a late arrival, however, Tina cannot guarantee that your service will end on time. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled service, you will be charged 25% of your treatment and/or given the choice of a shorter timed facial.
 

NEW CLIENT SCHEDULING:

For all new clients, a credit card will be required to schedule an appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the proper skin therapy, treatment and history forms.


PAYMENTS:

Accepts Cash, Mastercard and Visa. Payments by check are not accepted.
 

STANDARD POLICY:

A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

An exchange will be issued within 14 days for a product you find isn't working. However, there is no refund for the actual product or services rendered.
